-Recurrent episodes of maculo-papular rashes... -Herhaalde episoden van papulaire huiduitslag ... it lasted for one-two days then disappeared .. Het duurde een tot twee dagen daarna verdween .. then it appear again few Vervolgens verschijnen er weer enkele

-Involved both upper and lower limbs, especially near elbow (medial epicondyle), arms, n popliteal fossa..then the back... -Involved beide bovenste en onderste ledematen, met name de buurt elleboog (mediale epicondyle), wapens, n popliteaal fossa .. dan de achterkant ...
-Associated with itchiness on and off, and the rashes tends to increase with scratching... Geassocieërde met jeuk aan-en uitzetten, en de uitslag tot een verhoging met krassen ...
-it was noticed that it happens whenever its cold or in ac room... -er werd gemerkt dat het gebeurt wanneer de koude kamer of in ac ...
-no other signs of allergy.. -geen andere tekenen van allergie ..

what can this be? wat is dit mogelijk? Huh

Do you have a photograph of the lesions that you are referring to? Heeft u een foto van het letsel dat u naar verwijst?

Can you also elaborate on these: Kunt u ook een toelichting geven op deze:
  • Age, gender and other relevant data of the patient. Leeftijd, geslacht en andere relevante gegevens van de patiënt.
  • Duration of this condition. Duur van deze aandoening.
  • Any known illnesses that the patient has, like diabetes. Alle bekende ziekten die de patiënt heeft, zoals diabetes.

Most dermatological conditions may have increased itching in airconditioned rooms and cold environments as the air is generally dry in such areas. De meeste dermatologische aandoeningen kunnen zijn toegenomen jeuk in kamers met airconditioning en koude omgevingen als de lucht droog is over het algemeen in deze gebieden. Dryness results in itchiness. Droogte leidt tot jeuk. How to confirm? Hoe te bevestigen? Most dermatological conditions related to allergy are based on history and the sense of observation and association of the patient. If the patient can relate the lesions and symptoms to a particular exposure, the diagnosis can be easy. -24 chinese female, no known medical condition... -24 Chinese vrouwtjes, voor zover bekend geen medische conditie ...
-duration : 3 days. -duur: 3 dagen. Previously had one similar episode but cant recall much... Eerder had een soortgelijke episode verkanting, maar veel herinneren ...
-bro has skin problem too... -bro heeft huid probleem ook ... since 2-3 years,bro had excessive wheal n flare response... sinds 2-3 jaar, broer had buitensporig wheal n afvangen reactie ... when ever bro scrach or wipe the toen ooit bro scrach of veeg de
body, it will become reddish.. lichaam, dan zal dat roodachtige .. even can write on the skin... zelfs kunnen schrijven op de huid ...
-no history of allergy, no history of allergen exposure or food allergy or any specific thing that can relate to the skin rash.. -geen voorgeschiedenis van allergie, die geen geschiedenis van blootstelling aan allergenen of voedselallergie of een specifiek ding dat kan betrekking hebben op de huiduitslag ..
-no other symptoms of musculo cutaneous inolvement...joint pain, skin nodules, conjunctival involement. -geen andere symptomen van spier cutane inolvement ... pijn in de gewrichten, huid knobbeltjes, conjunctivale involement.

-sorry sir, no photo.. -sorry meneer, geen foto ..

-maybe should advice that next time when similar episode occur,go get a patch test done? -Misschien moet het advies dat de volgende keer wanneer soortgelijke episode voordoen, gaat u krijgt een patch test gedaan?
