The author is more concerned about the health care issues of E-health than the technical issues and his technical viewpoint may seem naïve at places. De auteur is meer bezorgd over de gezondheidszorg kwesties van E-health is dan de technische problemen en zijn technisch oogpunt lijkt misschien naïef te plaatsen.

There are a number of issues that have been untouched like business viability, assumptions of individual user sincerity etc and the author hopes that the reader shall respond to them . Er zijn een aantal punten die zijn onaangetast, zoals bedrijfsnaam levensvatbaarheid, de veronderstellingen van de individuele gebruiker oprechtheid etc en de auteur hoopt dat de lezer moet kunnen reageren.

The objective of this chapter was to exchange ideas and encourage debate. Het doel van dit hoofdstuk werd voor het uitwisselen van ideeën en debat aanzwengelen. The author would feel rewarded if it can achieve the same. De auteur zou voelen zich beloond als zij kunnen bereiken hetzelfde.
