My confusion - Lungs have dual blood supply. Meine Verwirrung - Lungen haben doppelte Blutversorgung. Bronchial arteries supplying oxygenated blood (systemic circulation) and Pulmonary arterial system (pulmonary circulation) supplying deoxygenated blood. When there is pulmonary embolism, bronchial arteries are still intact. Wann gibt es Lungenembolie, bronchiale Arterien sind noch intakt. They are the ones that supply oxygenated blood! Sie sind es, dass die Versorgung mit Sauerstoff angereichertem Blut!
