I don't know if it is obvious, but I cannot understand this: Ich weiß nicht, ob es liegt auf der Hand, aber ich kann nicht verstehen, dieses:

My confusion - Lungs have dual blood supply. Meine Verwirrung - Lungen haben doppelte Blutversorgung.
