Competing interests:
The author is more concerned about the health care issues of E-health than the technical issues and his technical viewpoint may seem naïve at places.
There are a number of issues that have been untouched like business viability, assumptions of individual user sincerity etc and the author hopes that the reader shall respond to them.
The objective of this chapter was to exchange ideas and encourage debate. The author would feel rewarded if it can achieve the same.
