hi, um...the other morning i woke up with a pain in the lower part of my butt cheek kind of near the inside of my thigh. i've never had any problems like this, when i checked it i found it to be a painful lump and i am concerned about it because its been a whole day and it still hurts the same way. in the morning the lump felt bigger but later on in the day it seems as though it may have gotten smaller, but not by much...

what could this be?? im 18 years old and im a virgin so im pretty sure its not an STD...but i have no clue what it could possibly be or what could have caused it....

well hope to hear an answer very soon,

It could be a lymph node, in the inguinal (groin) region. Do you have any wound/ infection in the leg?
